During Chris Hemsworth's lengthy body transformation for his role as Thor in the movie "Thor: Love and Thunder", the actor shared multiple foods and drinks he had to consume to gain muscles worthy of the God of Thunder. Unfortunately, Chris failed to specify the ingredient quantities for one of the smoothie recipes he mentioned.

We chose each ingredient in the smoothie so the final ingredient list contains all the ingredients enumerated by Chris Hemsworth in the CentrFit video.

In addition to Hemsworth's ingredients, we added water to make the smoothie thinner and easier to drink.

Ingredient substitutions

In case you have nut allergies, you can substitute almond butter with a type of seed butter, like sunflower butter.

Instructions

1. Adapt ingredients to blender size

Think whether all the ingredients will fit inside your blender.

If you use a small blender with a capacity of less than 890 ml (30.1 fl oz), break the ingredients into two or more identical portions, then follow the next instructions for each of them individually.
